Shipping and Returns

To ensure that our purchase is convenient, and the delivery swift, we abide by the following operational rules.

Confirming the Order

Once you have identified the specific product you are looking for and place an order in our online store, we will send you an immediate email confirming the order. This email confirmation communicates the fact that we have received your order through our systems and have pre-authorised your credit card to cover the purchase. If it turns out that the item(s) ordered are unavailable or on backorder we will cancel the preauthorisation immediately and send you an email notification to that effect.

Shipping the Order

Once we have confirmed that the item(s) ordered is in stock and charge the purchase to your credit card, we will release your order within 24 hours. To ensure you can track its delivery, we will also send you the information tracking number within 24 hours of releasing it; we will use the email address provided at check out. However, if it turns out that you do not receive the tracking information two days after placing the order, you are advised to contact us through info@consoletablesuk.co.uk.

How to Treat Damaged Packages

We are dedicated to shipping items free from any type of damage. Once you receive the item(s) ordered, begin by carefully inspecting the package for any damage. If any damage is found, make note of it by signing the package as DAMAGED. If you deduce that the damage is obvious, we recommend that you refuse delivery altogether. We will then move to replace the damaged item(s) immediately.

It is important to note that, any package damaged by the courier but not signed as described above will not be replaced.

Order Cancellation and Subsequent Refunds

If it turns out that you want to cancel the order, we accept returns and provide refunds. You must, however, notify us of the order cancellation within seven days of placing your order. Where the order has already been released for delivery, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges on the return. It is important to note that all returns must reach us in fourteen days after you received the item(s). The subsequent refund will be made to the credit card to which the purchase was initially charged.

All customers can rest assured that the privacy of their credit card details remains intact as we do not store any credit card information nor share the same with third parties.

By choosing to buy from us you can be sure that we have structures in place to ensure prompt order delivery or replacement and cancellation, all in a bid to ensure you get value for your money.

Please note, in order for us to ship our orders on time and within three to five working days; we may use third party suppliers or fulfillment centres who fulfill our orders on our behalf.
